The 1.6 acre site at Innotec Drive provides a more self-sufficient option with a range of units which can be adapted to suit client’s needs with ample car parking facilities and might suit the more established business.
Rental rates are attractive and are further complimented by a flexible rental agreement which allows for short term letting. There is no additional service charge but a range of services can be accessed to suit client’s requirements and these services are not restricted to tenants of the business park.
